Tesco 3% current account

Why is this not available to customers in Northern Ireland? Where is the equity here? Northern Ireland is part of the UK. Very disgruntled.

Tesco current accounts available in Northern Ireland now, you can open 2 per person. You must pay in £750 per month and have 3 direct debits each month.
You will earn 3% on amounts up to £3000 if you fulfill the £750 in and 3 DD's out.
Interest approximately £7.50 paid monthly on £3000 savings if full amount kept in(interest added end of month)
