Payslip queries Year to Date

Wonder if any one can help.
Trying to sort sister's finances and I don't understand numbers under 'Year to Date'
She has Employee NIC and Employer NIC, are they both totals for her overall contribution and her collective employers contribution (she's worked at 3 jobs).
I assume Taxable Gross Pay and Income Tax is again for all her jobs.
She has no idea naturally.

Thank you.
Though since posting this I did read up, if she didn't use a P45 it wouldn't necessarily be included.0 -
Information on a payslip will generally only be for that employment. If she has 3 employers she should have payslips for each one.0

But what happens when you leave one employer and goto another? You bring your P45 that contains your Gross Pay and Contributions.
These aren't simultaneous jobs.

Nevermind, I guess that would only apply to Gross Pay and Tax.
