Im gonna ring up and cancel my sky account as it has run out
Should i ask them for an freebies to keep me as a customer cos last week they came out and fixed my sky for free instead of charging me £65.00

You shouldn't need to ask- I cancelled my sky yesterday and they were practically moving the universe to keep me but I still cancelled :rotfl:

If you say you work shifts and don't get to watch the programmes you like they *might* offer you a free/reduced price sky+ box if you haven't already got one. If you're in a Virgin Media area you could also say you've found their offer more appealing
