Paid in USD.

Would anyone have information on who would be a good mortgage company to get in touch with as I get paid in USD and most won't touch us and now need to find a better deal as we're coming to the end of our 5 year fixed.
Thanks.

I suspect a decent broker will be of more help than the name of a lender or two. At least you have a fighting chance of getting the best deal which matches your circumstances.

Most lenders backed out of the foreign currency incomes following recent legislation changes. Fortunately USD dollar is a currency that still has some active Lenders.

As KS says, you will need a broker or it won't happen.

Thank you for your help, I've done a bit of calling around and meeting 2 brokers that have a couple of options considering our circumstances. Thank you again.
