BR as a married person.....

If I go BR, and list all income and spendings, how do i calculate what part in household stuff my wifes income and spending should be made available?

I owe £53K, she owes nothing to anyone, yet works part-time.

Or do i just count all her income (and the rent rebate+WFTC) as income, which seems a tad unfair.

all debts (cards+bank loan and bank o/draft) are solely in my name.

You will ONLY need to include your wife's income on your I/E form, as the OR WILL take this into account when calculating for an IPA/IPO.
If you do NOT declare your wife's income, then OR can, and possibly will, assume that she contributes 50% to household expenditure.
The OR will not, normally, take any benefits into account when deciding on an IPA/IPO.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
