Has anyone won with Auto Trader before? not getting any response to my emails!

Hi, was wondering if anybody else had a win with Auto Trader, I got email on 17th Feb saying I won a weekly prize draw for £200 worth of driving lessons and that I had to reply by 3rd March. I've replied twice now and what with it being March tomorrow I'm starting to worry they won't honour the prize (though I've replied by stated date).
There was no name or phone number on the email, so I've also messaged them on FB to see if get anywhere.
Just wondered if this a normal problem with Auto Trader or if I'm worrying too much lol!
