Tesco grocery delivery charge increase?

Not sure if this is the right place, but anyway.....

I just noticed that Tesco have increased the delivery charges for grocery shopping (not sure about Direct). This week they range from £3.99-£5.99, but as of next week, they range from £3.75 (so slightly cheaper) but go up to £6.50.

Is this for everyone? Have Tesco published this info anywhere?

Just had a look now and the delivery prices range from 3.75 - 6.99! It is a lot as my tesco extra is only a mile and a half away - I do sometimes have a delivery as I am often unable to get out. It isn't just the delivery prices that have shot up at tesco - during the past couple of weeks some of the items I normally buy have been increased by 25 pence i.e. horlicks was £2.24 now £2.49 and Allinsons bread flour has gone up 20p with 2 pint semi skimmed milk up 10p!
I'm sure a lot of items will have increased and it is disgusting. If challenged they would probably say that price increases are unavoidable due to the bad summer where farmers have lost their crops etc.
