Deposit / multiple bank accounts

The broker needs to have proof of deposit for our mortgage application (new build). I have multiple bank accounts with all the top interest bank accounts/regular savers so would I need to get a statement for every single one (10+) or is there anything I am missing?
Will be a pain if some banks charge £10 for paper statements, especially if it turns out they will want last 3 months for all accounts or something.
I am thinking of closing the regular monthly savers since I won't be filling them anytime soon now but will keep the interest paying accounts (BOS(3)/Tesco(2) etc).
Thanks

Two sides to every coin. Ask your broker but I expect they will want up to six months statements from every account contributing to the deposit.I am a Mortgage Broker

When I did my mortgage 2 years ago, they wanted every account and the history for all.
I printed my statements out then took them to Halifax (the bank they were with) and they checked and stamped them all for me as a form of certifying them.0 -
They need 3 months so well I'll have to run around town later this week and get the statements there. For now I'll just get statements from accounts that will make up total for deposit + extra £10k excess to cover additional costs.0

Our deposit was spread across about a dozen accounts when we had to do this a few months ago. Our broker was happy with PDFs of online statements. He insisted they were proper statements though rather than lists of transactions... It was really easy to do once I realised that 'save to PDF' is an option in the print menu when you view them!0

Thanks looks like mine will take online ones too, in the end did you transfer your deposit amount to one account then onto solicitor or you sent separately?0 -
We had 23 thankfully pdfs emailed across was acceptable. The mortgage advisor in the bank hadn't seen so many. We also had to send it to our solicitor as proof but he said this is becoming the new normal and had seen it like this several times.0
