£15,000 unsecured loan is it possible?

Hi, i am in need of a £15,000 unsecured loan as i am not a homeowner, to help out a family member that is in debt way over their head and to clear off my debt of £5,000.
Will anyone lend to me i earn £32,000 PA and currently have £5,000 debt that i am paying from abroard and want to consolidate it over here, it is much cheaper repayments here.
I have not got any loans or credit over here i have not needed to, so i don't realy know how it all works.
I had a couple of houndred pound debt before i went abroard about 5 or 6 years ago, i absolutley forgot about i paid off everything but forgot to pay just one thing as all my paperwork was shipped.

If anyone can suggest something i would be most greatful!

You might not need a loan .... has the family member sought debt advice for themselves? Though you want to help, they would be better off taking responsibility themselves.
