I got it to work fine after realizing that auto fill was putting Mr in the year box

Couldn't get it to work at all on Chrome or IE!
Filled in all boxes, checked and rechecked form.
Gave up - might try again in the morning!

After numerous attempts, I went to a different page on the website, refreshed that, and then went back to the competition page - put the security number in first, then my details and it went through.

I used the link in their email, put the security number in first, then filled in my details- used a full stop for the line with a star that I don't have anything to put in. Clicked submit and it went straight through- using Chrome.

Usually it gives me a problem...
