Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this competition entrants agree to abide by these terms & conditions:
1) Open to residents of the U.K only.
2) Competition is only open to those aged 18 or over.
3) One entry per household.
4) Closing date for the competition to win a week holiday for up to 6 people and Broadchurch tour is 9am 18/4/2017.
5) The winner will be picked at random from all entries received on or before this date and time.
6) The prize is for a 7 night stay in a 2 or 3 bedroom lodge at Highlands End Holiday Park. The break is to be taken Saturday to Saturday between 22/4/17 and 30/6/17subject to availability and excludes school holidays from 27/5/17 – 2/6/17.
7) Booking is essential and Highlands End Holiday Park’s own terms and conditions apply.
8) The Ultimate Broadchurch Tour is for up to 6 people and weather permitted.
9) Suitable footwear and clothing is required for the Broadchurch tour. The tour will last between 4-5 hours, covers a walking distance of 5-6 miles and includes a 45 minute stop for lunch (not included in prize).
10) The winner must either have their own transport for the Broadchurch Tour (will need to drive to a couple of locations) or meet in West Bay or at Highlands End Holiday Park for a smaller tour just in and around West Bay.
11) The Broadchurch tour can be flexible and arranged to the winners requirements, within reason.
12) The winner will be notified within 5 days of the closing date by email.
13) The prize winner’s name will be available after 24/4/2017. Send a SAE to: Visit Dorset Tourism Team, South Walks House, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ.
14) There is no cash alternative.
15) The prizes are non transferable and non refundable.
16) Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
17) Competition is not open to employees of Dorset Councils Partnership, Visit Dorset Tourism Team, West Dorset Leisure Holidays or Jurassic Coast Guides.
18) By taking part in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any break of these terms and conditions by the winners may result in the forfeit of the prizes.
