Student Mortgage?

Does anyone know of any lenders willing to lend to a student? I have £85k deposit but no income unfortunately. I was hoping to take into consideration letting rooms to lodgers in order to reach monthly repayments.
Many Thanks

Surprisingly there are 1 or 2 lenders who may do this. Possibly one for a broker but with such a healthy deposit there are potentially options.alex_163163 wrote: »Hate to ask/ don't want to sound rude, but is this a wind up post?! I'm no mortgage advisor but I'm pretty sure if you have no proof of income then you will not get a mortgage. Even if you plan to rent out rooms there is no guarantee you will actually get someone interested in renting it, so no lender will take this into account when looking at monthly repayment affordability.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
