1. The prize for this competition is provided by Destinology. Destinology’s registered address is Enbrook Park, High Street, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3SE. Destinology is owned by Saga PLC. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is governed by English law in the English jurisdiction.
3. You must be over 18 to enter into this prize draw and to claim the prize.
4. Directors, officers and employees (or any of their direct relatives) of Destinology, Saga, or any other person or party involved in organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter into this prize draw or to claim or participate in the prize.
5. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of Destinology, which are final in all matters relating to the prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. If you win the prize, you agree to provide Destinology with all information reasonably requested in order for Destinology to substantiate your identity, age and place of residence.
7. Destinology may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner's name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with Destinology’s Privacy Policy, currently located at: https://www.destinology.co.uk/info/privacy-policy.aspx.
8. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Destinology is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into these terms and conditions, prize draw, or the provision or any aspect of the prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded (except in the case of fraud).

Destinology may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, if Destinology decides in its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize before any winner is notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond Destinology’s reasonable control prevent or restrict Destinology or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
10. Prize-winners must agree that (unless applicable law requires otherwise) any right that you have under applicable law to amend your prize holiday ends when the booking has been confirmed.
11. The Prizes – one prize will be awarded, as chosen by the winner:
A. A seven night stay at Sani Beach
i. Prize is for two adults and two children sharing a one bedroomed suite on a half board basis.
ii. Return flights to Halkidiki from London Gatwick and local transfers are included. Regional airports are available on request and may incur a supplement.
iii. Prize is valid for travel between 13 April 2017 - 26 May 2017 or 15 September – 28 October 2017 at Sani Beach.
iv. Prize is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Sani Resort Reservation team.
v. All extras to be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
B. A five night stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co
i. Prize is for two adults sharing a room on a b&b basis.
ii. Also included is a ‘Hue Discovery Tour’ for two.
iii. Return flights from London and transfers are included. Regional airports are available on request and may incur a supplement.
iv. Prize valid for travel until 31 January 2018. Black out dates of 28 Dec 2017 – 3 January 2018 apply.
v. Prize is subject to availability.
vi. All extras to be paid for directly to the hotel on departure.
C. A five night stay at Shangri La Villingili Resort and Spa
i. Prize is for two adults sharing a pool villa on a b&b basis.
ii. Return flights from London.
iii. Regional airports are available on request and may incur a supplement.
iv. Transfers are not included and are at the cost of the prizewinner.
v. The prize also includes a private romantic dinner for two on the beach.
vi. Prize valid for travel before 30 April 2018 excluding 23 December 2017 – 7 January 2018.
vii. Prize is subject to availability.
viii. All extras to be paid for directly to the hotel on departure.
<12. The prize excludes spending money, transfers to and from the airport in your home country plus any additional meals, drinks, gratuities and any incidental expenses incurred whilst on holiday other than those stated as included.
13. Both passengers must travel on the same flight.
14. Winners are responsible for arranging their own valid passports, travel insurance and any necessary visa or health requirements.
15. Prize is non-transferable. Once tickets are issued no date changes are permitted, and no cash alternative is available.
16. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.
17. Destinology reserve the right to propose alternative dates or to relocate guests in another hotel in case of overbooking.
18. Winner to be chosen by 30 April 2017.
19. Prize must be booked by 30 June 2017.
