Credit after completion

I have received a paper copy of my mortgage offer which states under the special terms that I need to repay my credit card prior to or on completion - this isn't an issue as the balance they saw of £300 was a couple of months ago and it has been at nil since then.
I have no other credit however when I move into the property after completion I will need to floor the entire house as it's currently concrete and was going to put this on my credit card and pay it off across around 6 months, am I allowed to use credit AFTER completion?
I am a bit confused, it doesn't state no further borrowing or that I can't use credit after completion just that I had to clear my credit card and my broker just says that it states that because he ticked that I wouldn't have any debt and that's how they calculated affordability (I will add that a lot of my income they wouldn't include so my actual affordability isn't a worry if I used credit).
Does anyone know the answer?
Thank you

Yes, you can use it after completion.0

Thank you. I have only ever used it to make big purchases and paid it straight off so they are offering me some great deals but I had a small panic when I saw that clause and thought it might mean I couldn't use any credit after I moved in and could potentially lose the house.
I know that probably sounds a bit mad but having overcome a lot of obstacles to get this mortgage I didn't want to risk anything.0
