Mortgage with CCJ and Defaults

Hi
I'm a newbie here and was after some advice please.
I would like to apply for a mortgage but have a satisfied CCJ from Jan 2015 also defaults from 2013.
I have turned over a new leaf since and have paid all my debts off and currently have no other debts other than a Student Loan (which is going out of my salary every month).
I have deposit savings of up to 40k. What are the chances of getting a mortgage in my situation?
I have a family with kids and maybe looking at HTB on a new home.
Thanks in advance.

Not necessarily straight forward but it can certainly be done.
I'd suggest getting the help of a broker that handles adverse credit cases to ensure you get the best possible deal.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.
