Payslips & bank statements

We have recently submitted a mortgage application with kensington mortgages. my partner is a subcontractor and they have asked for his csi payslips and 3 months bank statements. i have double checked his payslips amount to his bank statements, it is a bit confusion because he gets paid fortnightly and the payslips are monthly. anyways after going over the figures it looks like he has been paid £90 less then what is stated on his most recent payslip, im unsure if this is a human error on his payslip or if he was paid incorrectly anyways i would like to know if this is going to hinder our chances of getting a mortgage with kensingtons and if so how we can prevent getting a mortgage declined.

They will ask for an explanation for any discrepancy between pay slips and bank receipts. They won't decline for such an error provided they can get comfortable with the reason.I am a Mortgage Broker

Hello
The discrepancy is due to a nail gun his contractor Purchased for him and deducted from his pay will this be deemed acceptable error?0 -
The lender is more likely to be comfortable with this arrangement than the VAT man. (Problem for the buyer of the gun, not your Partner).I am a Mortgage Broker
