Automatic capitalisation the mortgage game you cannot win

Hi one and all,

Its been some time since i lasted posted, but true to my word i said id return after i had taken my mortgage lender to court, in fact that was on 04th June 2015 or was it the 02nd never mind.

I promised to return and tell all you mortgage advisors and independents my story so far. But first due to a confidentiality clause i had no choice to agree to in august 2016 i may not be able to disclose all the details at this stage.

In any case, before i start, please can I ask what do you all know about 'automatic capitalisation of mortgage short falls'…...

Can I make a suggestion..... Walk away from this thread before you get yourself into hot water on your confidentiality clause.
  • Jeez, 10 minutes wading through your posting history and I have to agree with minimike2. Leave...now and stop before you start saying things that land you in trouble (irrespective of how clever or vague you think you are being).

Its just not worth it, for the sake of updating a bunch of strangers on an internet forum that mean nothing to you - and to whom you mean nothing - about a situation only you probably care about.

Is it similar to predictive text?

I missed out the most important part of my advice.... To ensure the immediate use of a tin foil hat.
  • Thank you for your concerns and joking aside, this matter will be of interest to the wider public and possibly many who were unfairly treated when coming to port and reducing their mortgage in 2008-2009.Plus any independent mortgage advisors who have been fined by the FCA for breaches to principles in recent years. As my experience shows a blatant disregard for those principles, particularly 6,and 7.

I do not need to discuss the recent details of the financial process i underwent at the back end of 2016, however, that experience in comparison the with the financial process in 2009, and in conjunction with my action at court in 2015 when i incurred further liabilities, highlights a very serious abuse of process, as a result of unfair treatment and interference in the process to unfairly prevent a lump sum reduction upon porting of the 0.84% lifetime tracker I still hold.

Yes, i am seeking redress for my personal financial losses and material distress and inconvenience over the past 8 years, so some may want to look away now,but I'm not going away, there is a far wider implication for the financial sector bubbling away.It is estimated that 750,000 mortgage holders have been affected, approx 1.6 billion in compensation (FCA guidance consultation Oct 2016)

Whether or not this come to light by my doing or not is not my ambition, but i am determine now that the cause of action has been bought to my attention to continue back to court if need be.

I will just soak up all the trolls, keep in mind that i have followed up on my talk to take legal action, you really have no affect apart from making me laugh a little.

I will post as and when, for now many thanks for your attention.
