Whilst on holiday last week, I was reading through MSE and thought I would send a letter to Lloyds using the Resolver. I am absolutely delighted to tell you that Lloyds bank took only three days to come back to me with a decision and deposited £2,388.16 into my account for a very old unused packaged bank account. Go on, do it - you have nothing to lose. Hats off to Lloyds for their quick, professional response.
