Question regarding surveyor panel

Hi all,
Hope you are well.
We bought a house 2 years ago and originally our mortgage was going to be with Nationwide however Countrywide down valued the house (or at least didnt agree with the asking price) and as a result we tried again with Leeds BS and all went through with the same valuation as the asking price.
We are now looking to remortgage and was going to go with First Direct however I have been told they use Countrywide surveyors and if they use the same valuation we would fall out of required LTV.
My question is does anyone know which surveyor Leeds use? So I can try and go with a provider that uses the same?
Also does anyone know who uses Countrywide so I can avoid?
Thanks

On a re-mortgage it is worth knowing 2 things.
For many cases, no-one visits anyway - it is done automatically.
Re-mortgage valuations are usually more conservative than purchase valuations.I am a Mortgage Broker
