Sounds fine in theory - and certainly cheaper to run than a tumble drier - but a sure-fire way to fill the house with humid air and create a major damp/condensation problem.
  • They're not great. I've had one for a few years and if I use it, I don't even bother to plug it in as it makes little difference.

Rather mixed reviews on Amazon, some people have said a 4 hour off-time plug is an essential accessory as you will forget to turn it off.
  • I would honestly not be without mine - it dries clothes so quickly - I only use my dryer for finishing towels off - brilliant piece of kit:j

I've got one and love it. I cover it with a sheet after putting the washing on it, which helps it to dry more quickly.
