tinned peaches in jam, will it work?

I had some raspberries leftover but not enough to put in my breadmaker to make a batch of jam, then I spied a lonely tin of peach slices at the back of the cupboard. (the peaches are in fruit juice). I decanted the peaches into a tupperware dish, drank the juice and made up the weight of rasps with slices of peach- it's in the BM now but do you think it will work? yikes!

well, it looks ok. Just put it in jars so will let you know
Made some rasp and apple jam the other day with some windfalls from a neighbour- half and half. Nice sweet flavour from the rasps with a hint of sour from the apples, really nice-just had some HM bread with some on just now and a cup of tea, nice0 -
You can certainly use tinned fruit for making jam. I recommend this recipe
