Seconded away from my current role and I am being paid a top up wage as I am in a role where I can no longer earn a bonus so the top up is an average. Every month my old manager has to action this to payroll.
At one point in time she stopped doing this and I noticed after a few months. She apologised and rectified the mistake last month telling me that the money would go onto this months pay, it has not.
I have spoken to her manager today as they are off- the spread sheet sent to payroll shows the information as done but nothing is on my sheet.
They said it would probably be next month now- its mounting up....
What can I do? If anything.

You only noticed it after a few months, presumably you can wait a few more months then for this to resolved.0
