PPI from Northern Rock

We had a mortgage years ago from Northern Rock and it seems we had PPI.
This is great news as we are in a self managed DMP and things are tighter than Pans People's hot pants. However - one of the debts in the DMP was for a loan from NR but has since been transferred to Kent Reliance when NR was broken up.
Does anyone know if Kent Reliance will be able to take what we get repaid by NR given they split back in 2013?
With thanks
