I applied for a Pantene sample a while back and received a couple of sachets - then out of the blue, they sent me 5 full size Time renewal products to try and feedback on!! (Retail at about £2 each in Asda so a really great freebie!). It is really lovely stuff and my hair looks the best it has done in ages, so I am a convert. I think this is great marketing on their behalf as they targeted me (I suppose) as you fill in your age on the sample application. Anyway, it cost them £10 to acquire a new customer and as I am converted and have also bought some for Mum and a few friends for CHristmas prezzies, its a great way to market their products.
