Looking for some advice

On the 24/09/16

I booked into a hotel with my partner but upon check in we realised wehad booked the wrong weekend and after 20mins tryin to find a room we Left

I then never received a letter at all until I got a final reminder on the 21/11/16

On this letter it states I received a pcn on 21/10/16

The company on the reminder letter is civil enforcement limited -Liverpool

I though it was a scam due to not receiving anything previous , but since have received more letters so now worried

you could send CEL the blue text template from the NEWBIES sticky thread, but its too late really and they will refuse the appeal, telling you its too late , plus they wont give you a POPLA code

so really its ognore them for 6 years unless you get an official LBC or MCOL in the post within 6 years, dont ignore those

CEL are not in Liverpool afaik, these companies use P O boxes to not let on where their HQ is (subterfuge)

you owe nothing unless a judge says so

ideally , get onto the landholder or hotel and get it cancelled, in writing

I have today received another letter saying

Saying that its now £200
Quotes civil enforcement limited as there customers

Saying there next course of action is to pass this account to there clients solicitors
And an extra £30+vat will be added they said there solicitors is Wright hassall LLP

And that if goes to court I'm liable for costs

ZZPS are a DCA (debt collector)

read what I said earlier , and IGNORE the debt collectors

you do not owe ONE PENNY unless a judge says so , in court

DO NOT give away who was driving.

Why not read other threads exactly like this instead of staying on this thread? At least you won't scream when you get the daft 'Wright Hassall' (actually ZZPS in disguise) letter because you will be ready for it:

Ignore ZZPS and also 'ZZPS in disguise' as WH. Please no update about that letter asking for the 'next steps'.
