Hi hope someone can help.. child just turned 19 claims to still be in education although we have been told that they don't attend and are barely staying at home most of the time... Pwc states still in education so obviously still claiming CB.
When will this case run its course?

So it automatically stops at 20 regardless of what they are doing? Even if they enrolled in another course this year?
If they didn't enrol in another cause this June I would assume it will end September?0 -

You can ask the CSA to do a child benefit check, if CB is still being paid then CSA is still payable. If CSA discover that CB is not being paid then your liability will end.0
