Sorry to drag this thread up again, Prudent, but my friend won a Faith voucher a week or so ago and the same thing happened to her when she pressed submit (the screen froze). She filled in the contact form but hasn't had a confirmation email and hasn't heard back yet. I said I'd seen something similar on here and would ask for advice. Do you think she should just sit tight and wait for her voucher to turn up, or contact them again? Thanks in advance for any help. My own voucher win went through no problem but she's going crazy wondering if she's won or not.
