I can find very little about this company but my daughter has just done a survey for them over a full week and received £40 in a cheque that she has banked and it has gone through OK. The thing I am not sure about is they have asked her to complete a "incentive receipt" including name, address, signed so they can prove "for business reasons" that she has been paid. I can understand this so they can prove outgoings to the taxman etc. But is this normal. The return address, phone number etc all match up with the details on their Web site. Any comments anybody. I am bothered that name address and her signature can be used for illicit purposes if this company isn't all it seems.

I did some work for these a couple of years ago for similar payment. Sadly, I haven't been asked to do any more. I wasn't asked to sign my name to anything, though they may have changed things now.:)

They are a legitimate survey company. I've done a number of projects for them over the last few years. The receipt is a relative recent change.

If you are not comfortable using your 'real' signature - use a different version (but still one that you know is you should you ever need to confirm it). I have a version that I use for jobs like that and parcels, etc.

They are just looking for something for their records to say you received the incentive

I've done a few market research sessions and they've always asked me to complete one of these slips before giving me any payment. I usually initial it and not put my actual signature on it but I do put my full name and address onto it.
