First time mortgage , help to buy , large deposit

Looking to get a first time buyers mortgage. I have a large deposit ready to go and was wondering if there is a limit on size of deposit you can have to take advantage of the help to buy scheme ?

For example ...

£300k House

£100k deposit

would help to buy be 20% of the £300k , giving me a mortgage of £140k ?

Cheers

The only requirement is you would need a mortgage of at least 25% to qualify for the HTB Equity Loan so you should be more than fine :)
