Hi, I paid into my endowment policy for only 10 years not over the 25 years of the mortgage, long story as to why. Next year I will basically get back the exact amount I put in. Can I still put in a complaint about mis-selling? We were told by Abbey National back in the later 1990's it would pay off the mortgage. THanks

It might of if you had paid into it for the full 25 years but as you only paid 2/5 ths of it that is why it cannot pay out the estimated total.0 -
Yes I understand that, but can I complain JUST about the years I paid in, for the proportion that this should have paid out? eg: for 10 years worth, which at least should have been at least a penny more than I paid in for the ten years.0
