Mortgage Credit Card Repayment.

We've recently bought a house with a mortgage from Barclays, in the conditions for this mortgage was the line:
You must repay the following commitments in full within 30 days of completion of this mortgage without taking on further borrowing: £x
This related to some minor debt on credit card. We did indeed repay this amount and credit card balance is 0. 30 days have now passed since completion and I'd like to use the credit card, primarily for work expenses, am I safe to do so now and should I be keeping any evidence of repaying this debt, if so is a statement enough? Are they even likely to ask for this?

There's almost no chance of Barclays following up on this so I'd keep the proof that you have and continue your life as normal.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.

You have done, presumably, what they asked - you cleared your balance without using money from a borrowed source.Dwy galon, un dyhead,
