CeX Discount Codes: Wot No Box?

I'm a CeX newbie trying to buy a (somewhat overpriced but much loved) DVD classic, armed with a (3rd party) discount code to make it more affordable. I've registered, put item in basket and advanced to checkout, only to find myself all-promo-coded-up with no box in which to enter it. Are there any tech-savvy MoneySavers who know if it's possible to apply a discount code to a CeX online purchase? Any tips or tricks'd be so very gratefully received.
