The Prize Draw
1. By entering this prize draw participants have a chance towinacitybreakfor two to Paris. There’s one prize to be won.
Eligibility
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Thomas Cook Group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
How to enter
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. Entry to the prize draw can be in one of two ways:
a. Through Thomas Cook City Escape’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/thomascookcityescapes; or b. Through Thomas Cook City Escape’s Instagram page @thomascookcityescapes.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. If you enter through route a. above, participants will be required to ‘like’ the post and add a comment as to what you would like to do in Paris. It’s optional as to whether you ‘share’ the post and you don’t have to ‘share’ it in order to enter the prize draw. If you enter through route b. above you must mention who you would like to go to Paris with. If the person is on Instagram, you may use the format: @username. Please note: participants must not tag another person, as they will not be in the picture posted and this is against Facebook and Instagram rules.
6. Comments will be rejected, removed from the site, and the entrywillnotbe valid and will be disqualified if those comments: ● refer to a competitor, ● refer to a complaint or negative service, ● may in any way be considered likely to cause offence or bring the name of Thomas Cook into disrepute, or

● are inappropriate and don’t relate to the prize draw theme
7. The opening date/time for entries is 5.00p.m. on 14 February 2017. The closing date/time for receipt of entries is 12.00 noon on 21 February 2017. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
8. ThePromoteracceptsnoresponsibilityforentriesnotsuccessfullycompleted or received due to any technical fault (including any technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite,networkorserverfailureof any kind).
9. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will result in a void entry.
10. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 21 February 2017 ("Draw Date").
The Prize
11. The winner will receive a Thomas Cook City Escapes city break comprising return Eurostar tickets to Paris for two, in standard class and a stay of up to three nights at a 3 or 4 star hotel on a room only basis.
12. The break is for travel/stays on any available dates (excluding bank holidays), and the hotel must be chosen from one of the 3 or 4 star hotels offered by Thomas Cook City Escapes. 13. The prize doesn’t include transport to/from the Eurostar departure/arrival point in the UK, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from the hotel in Paris, any food or drinks, spending money, taxes payable to the hotel in Paris or any other personal expenses. Except for the items specified in paragraph 11 above, all other costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the winner and their chosen travel companion.
14. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and the person travelling with them will be available to travel and that each holds a valid passport, any necessary visa and adequate travel insurance for the city break, so as to be able to travel on their chosen travel date.
15. The city break must be booked within six months of accepting the prize and all permitted travel dates are subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed by Thomas Cook.
