Nationwide - Renewal

Good afternoon
My Nationwide deal (5yr fixed at 4.29%) is due to finish end of June.
I did see that Nationwide were offering 1.99% 5yr but this has since increased to 2.09% - I am happy to remain with Nationwide.
LTV: 60%
Are they likely to increase again or decrease? Also, can you haggle with Nationwide when I call them 1st March to renew (can do this 3 months early) as I have banked with them since 2002 and hold all my accounts with them.
Thanks for the advice (opinions)
James

It may go up, it may go down. Depends on how much business flow Nationwide want
Not you cannot 'haggle'. The regulator would take a dim view of giving a particular client a better deal that the Building Society offer to another.I am a Mortgage Broker
