Inside Windsor Castle Competition – Additional Terms and Conditions

1. The prize comprises:
Standard class return rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Windsor and return private transfers for two between Windsor train station and the hotel. If the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland the prize will include return economy class flights for two and transfers to the hotel;
Two (2) nights’ accommodation for two at The Oakley Court, Windsor based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Director’s Suite on a bed and breakfast basis (subject to availability);
Three-course dinner for two on one evening at The Scullery (up to the value of £70 for the couple, excludes drinks);
A Champagne afternoon tea for two at the hotel on one day;
2 x Tickets to Windsor Castle, including one way taxi transfer between the hotel and Windsor Castle, returning by private boat with a bottle of cava or prosecco on board;
£500 spending money.

2. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3. The prize must be taken by 31st August 2018, but cannot be taken on or during 19th December 2017 – 3rd January 2018, Easter weekend or UK Bank Holidays (14th – 17th April 2017; 1st & 29th May 2017; 28th August 2017; 30th March – 2nd April 2018, 7 & 28 May 2018, 27 August 2018). Stay is subject to availability.
4. The boat operates between the months of April and October only. Should the prize winner decide to travel outside of these dates, taxi transfers will be provided instead.
5. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
6. The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
8. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
9. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10. A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the trip booking being confirmed.
