Alternative Email Contacts Dell,etc

Hi, I am trying to ask Dell a question but dont want to phone them,their email contact on the website can onle be used if you have order numbers etc,

Does anyone else have an email addy for them

I tried to get one for ryanair but again no luck,

If its a technical question you can go onto the live chat on Dell's website.
I'm still chasing a refund from them after they cancelled our order for some unknown reason and i've had no luck so its with the CC company now. If you are after a PC try ACER, I can't recommend them enough after the problems i haave had with Dell.
