Vivatic abitrary IP block help

So I've not been on Vivatic for a few months and attempted to log in today to check my account balance. My first password attempt failed and it's been a while so I tried about five different ones that I normally use and eventually ended up with a message that my IP has been blocked by vivatic and to contact the 'site administrator' about this. Except my IP is blocked, so I have no way of accessing any contact information. Can anybody help me out with this? Is there a way to contact them outside of their website, an email perhaps? If I had known the site was so overly secured that I'd get my entire IP blocked for getting my password wrong a few times I would have just used the 'forgotten password' option straight away...

5 Minute solution

Install Opera Browser

Visit https://www.iplocation.net/ to see your IP address - Make a note of it

Press ALT+P for settings

Type VPN in search box

Turn VPN on.

Close settings


Go to site, https://www.iplocation.net/

Check your IP is different to previous one (so VPN is active)

Go to site and ask for help from Admin

Install LastPass.com which will remember your passwords, generate complex ones and even enter them for you or login automatically. Your life will never be the same again, it has over 3000 of my passwords protected in it's vault, I only have to remember one password, the lastpass password.
