Old plan slimming world.

Hi does anyone have the old red and green books hanging around please. I don't mind paying or I have last years pack unused and as new I could swap. I just can't get on with this new plan.

Is it the Red/Green plan you are after? If so, I have one I bought from Eb*y. I've now signed up again and getting on OK with the new plan, so you can have it. I'll PM you.

I have the weigh in book around 2008 time red strawberry on one front, green fizzy stars the other for want of better describing it!. Extra Easy didn't really come in until new year 2009. I even have the very first Extra Easy 'booklet' as was attending meetings at the unveiling - I could copy this as well as maybe it would make more sense to see this.

If you want copies of my book which I can do in colour and as Pdf just let me know.

Do lurk or join the current SW thread. Although most people now do Extra Easy lots of us remember the old plans and many people have Green and Red days. You'd be very welcome.

Hi maman thanks so much for reply but somebody kindly sent me the books but will certainly have a look at the thread. I know old red green works better for me., I have had good weight loss the last few weeks.x
