Microsoft are offering a free domain, hosting and easy online designer. your choice is .co.uk, .org.uk, .com, .net, .org or the new .eu (best value)

Also if you order through quidco you get £5 back. so in theory microsoft are paying you £5 to start a website. (make sure to choose the basic package as there are 3)

my quidco £5 has just tracked after 3 days and payable in nov. be sure to go for the basic offer unless you want to pay. web designer is a bit clumsy and limiting though, and it eats pc power, but good for a freebie and great for a free simple website for novices and small businesses.
