Self employed and insurance? Personal liability/personal indemnity?

Hi! I am newly self-employed since April and looking at tender bid which requires me to have insurance, obviously employers' liability is not applicable but what about personal indemnity or public liability? I work from home bid writing services no clients come to me, they are mainly online. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations of reasonable insurance? Also do self-employed individuals get discount versus company? Is it necessary to get cyber security credentials training? Tips welcome thank you!
