Natwest Silver packaged bank account

I have a joint Natwest Silver account with my husband, We have had it since 2012.
It includes European travel insurance. I have just found out this only covers the account holders, and not any children (we have two). This means I'd have to take out a separate policy for the kids. unfortunately I can't seem to find any companies that will let me just insure them, they all need an adult as the main policy holder. So I will undoubtedly end up having to take out another policy for myself.
Would it be worth trying to reclaim the monthly fees we have been paying for the account?
Many Thanks

You can complain and might get lucky but they might equally say you should read the terms and conditions to see if it was suitable for you and thus it's not a miss-sale.
Lot depends on why you took the account and what records they have for it e.g. if you opened the account yourself online or via a staff member in branch and whether any of the other benefits were suitable.Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
