Parcelforce etc First Delivery Free ?

I've got a Cast Bed Headboard which I am trying to sell

It's a normal double size

I have no way of weighing it, but even I can lift it easily

I have been asked for delivery costs but havn't a clue what to charge

I have seen and been offered from some delivery Companies First delivery free

Any links/suggestions appreciated

Even if you don't own a pair of bathroom scales, probably one of your neighbours has some they could lend you. Weigh yourself then get off the scales and get back on holding the headboard - that'll give you a pretty good indication to the nearest kg.

Then take up one of the free delivery offers, ticking the relevant box to show the weight category your headboard falls into. Just beware in case there are size restrictions on the service offered.
