Which mortgage to overpay

Hi, I hope one of you can help me. My Mortgage is due for renewal soon and ive got my choice down to one of 2 to go with but now im a little stuck. My property is worth around £280k and i have £161k left to pay on it. My Aim is to pay it off asap. I can afford to pay around £1550 / month which brings my mortgage term to 10yrs, and I have an endowment that matures in 3yrs for around £28k- £33k
So my choices
HSBC 5yr fixed - no setup fee - 1.94% with 10% over payment allowed
Tesco 5yr fixed - £1000 setup fee - 1.78% with 20% over payment allowed
on a 10yr term the monthly payments would be around £1480 / month
So my question, which one will work out the best for me. If I over pay by £70 / month for 3 yrs until the endowment comes through then pay the maximum overpayment am I better to take the HSBC or Tesco one
HSBC
Mortgage Start until Feb 2020 - Overpay by £70 a month
After 3 yrs left to pay £113344
Feb 2020 - Overpay 10% - Approx £13000
Feb 2021 - Overpay 10% - Approx £9000
Feb 2022 - Pay off what is left of endowment - Look for new mortgage for remainder
Tesco
Mortgage Start until Feb 2020 - Overpay by £70 a month
After 3 yrs left to pay £113076
Feb 2020 - Overpay 20% - Approx £26000
Feb 2021 - Overpay what I have left from Endowment - Approx £4000 + £70 a month
Feb 2022 - Look for new mortgage for remainder
Any help / pointers would be greatly appreciated
