HALIFAX Packaged Bank Account

I placed a claim with regards to the above and earlier today I had a missed call off a private number. I just happened to check my account and there has been two transfers into it from RP(list of numbers). Has anyone else had a refund off the Halifax that can confirm who the transfer was from? I don't want to spend this money in case it was a mistake. Thanks in advance

As above, you complained about an account from the Halifax, the Halifax have given you money, you need to speak to Halifax to ask them
