Nick jr comp help - no prize

Hi I had a call and an email back in mid December to say I had won a prize from Nick Jr. I have since replied several times to this email chasing and tried to call all to no avail. Has anyone won from them before and if so what email did you have? Thanks

did you state the age of your child? I know that has been an issue before with adults entering the comps.
I'm chasing a few Dec prizes at the mo with no luck, not Nick Jr though, hope you get it sortedThanks to everyone that posts :T:money:
