the above calculator does break down by month by month.
It is easier to set to interest only put in your payment and set term to 2 years it then tells you whats left.0 -

OP has posted his mortgage balance and property value above, just work it out.. secured balance divided by value of property = LTV
His LTV is approx 71%.I am a Mortgage Broker.
