Hi guys,
I'm an electrician in permanent employment, but I'm also looking to do some self employed work at the weekends. Would this effect my chances of getting a mortgage, in the sense that most lenders want to see 3 years worth of books of you're self employed. Would this still apply to me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
