Looking for advice regarding agency holidays

Hi, I worked at an agency for a few months last year. After a while the work stopped coming in so I went elsewhere. A while after they issued a p45 and wiped my acrued holidays off (which I was unaware of). I have just now tried to claim holid at pay but they have said I can't because p45 was issued. Anything I can do? Thanks in advance for any help given.

You can take them to court ofcourse as your final pay must include any accrued holiday to date0

I was hoping for something a little easier. I don't think the effort would be worth the money I'm owed. They also played it off saying I had the 'odd' day. But I know it was atleast a week so I suspected they were screwing me. Haha0

Court is a very straight forward process and if you win they pay your costs.
that is why we have courts, I'm confused what else you are expecting?0 -
Is there a situation where I wouldn't be entitled to the money? Should they just have payed me the holidays instead of wiping them off? I'm basically clueless on this kind of stuff.0

Id probably write a letter about it as you need to do it before the end of the tax year as most don't let holidays carry on:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one
