    There are plenty of lenders offering 95% mortgages who used to lend 95% on HTB Mortgage Guarantee.

    Ended in Decmember for the htb mortgage guarantee.
    HTB Equity loan is still available for new builds and you also have the HTB ISAs, which if you do not plan on buying for at least 3 months are a bit of a no brainer.
