TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Customers can enter ONCE, anymore entries will be removed.
2. Free Holiday is for a family of 4-6, maximum 2 adults.
3. The accommodation will be a 2 bedroom Caravan or chalet (grade decided when the competition ends), sleeping up to 6 people (maximum 2 adults).
4. Dates are subject to availability between Friday 24th March 2017 and October 29th 2017.
5. The free holiday will be a short break holiday (Monday – Friday or Friday – Monday) only, during low season dates. (Excludes school holidays and bank holidays).
6. Any extras such as linen, towels, dogs, extra cars, highchairs and cots are at an extra cost. (Entertainment Passes are included).
7. If you would like to protect your holiday so that dates can be changed, please ensure the Holiday Protection Plan is purchased when winning the competition. Ask office staff for details.
8. The winner is picked by the Office Management at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park.
9. The closing date is midnight 6th March 2017.

I found this competition too from a banner on the Primary Times website but i was too slow to post it . It leads to the same entry form and they have the following instructions:
"Visit the competition page and request a brochure, entering competition code PT before 6th March 2017 for your chance to win."
